Tanja Mayfield

With a reputation for her exceptional attitude and perseverance, Tanja Mayfield is a nationally recognized business professional. Specializing in all loan types, Tanja has a strong track record of exceeding expectations. Tanja started her career in the mortgage industry in 1998.

As a military veteran herself, many of her clients are active and retired military, first-time home buyers, and new college graduates. At the start of her career, Tanja quickly gained recognition for her progressive mentorship to families who wanted to make a better life for themselves and their children through home ownership. In addition to her efforts in the Mortgage Business, Tanja works directly with The Hampton Roads Realtor Association and The Virginia Housing Development Authority, where she counsels clients about credit and monthly money management.

As a graduate of Auburn University with a master's degree from Old Dominion University, Tanja is known by borrowers for providing trustworthy lending.
